I paid and still don't have an activation code

Who should I contact? It's been 3 days since I received the activation code and support is not responding. Is this device really dead and I've been scammed?

Support always not respond, what dont work for you?
TGFlash, PCMFlash, Scanmatik 2 pro, Winols5 genuine user.
