Change protocol

Hello everyone, i bought 006 protocol and it didn't kinda work so i asked support for Refund or change to protocol 003 (if bin readed from bench can be written using TGFlash) which cost 20$ less so wont support switch it? or do refund? i bought it today and didnt write anything using this flasher
