"code" mode on 003 protocol

Hello ! Just bought 003 protocol for my 650i MEVD17.2.8.
VR done, file modded, next step is flashing.
Car is already tuned in bench mode with pcmflash but i'm bored to do 2 écu everytime i want adjust file.
So when I've pluged interface, launch tgflash, i saw Code with Read and erase dtc. Someone can tell me what is it ? If need to click on it after flash ?
