F10 M5 Coding issue

I flashed a F10 M5 this morning with my first file. Everything worked fine. After logging, I made some changes. Then when I flashed my second file, the car does not start. It complains about the coding not being right. I tried using the coding option, I choose the same file I flashed on the ECU. It complains about the file not being the original file for the ecu or damaged.
When I try the back to stock option, it complains about the file not being the original file for the ecu or damaged.
The recovery option works. But it also does not doing the coding. The car starts now, but ecu complains about coding.
