Tgflash error loading

Hi all
is the server down ? Just getting this error when loading
OS: Windows-10.1 (IE, en)
CPU: AMD A8-6410 APU with AMD Radeon R5 Graphics (4)
RAM: 7103MB (3711MB) / 2047MB (1453MB) / 47%
[20:43:56]: Connecting to main server...Ok
[20:44:26]: Error getting customer info.
[20:44:26]: Failed to initialize.

Dear Sir,
Please choose one communication way for this issue: it is quite difficult to track all your messages (FB, email, forum). I asked you to contact support by email so that we can atleast identify you as a customer and let you know what happened. I'm not going to quote your message from email, I will just repeat what you already got informed from our support -- no information from your system is ever collected and/or sent to our servers, this would be illegal and not needed at all for security concerns. Moreover, we were hoping that running protocol sniffer was some kind of "mistake", but we clearly see from your message that you performed logic analysis of our protocols -- this is absolutely unacceptable and directly prohibited by our license agreement. We will reenable your account once you promise not to violate our license agreement ever again.
