Error getting customer info

hi, good day fellow

i keep getting "ERROR GETTING CUSTOMER INFO" on my tgflash and "Failed to initialize"

I tried restarting and everything, tgflash dont work after connecting to main server.

tried uninstall and reinstall and activate it. it says unexpected error,

i emailed the support they took too long to response, our client is waiting

your input is highly appricated
